Customer Service agent useless
The service from Dune London has been terrible from start to finish. I order an item 10 days ago and it still has not been delivered. I can understand that sometimes deliveries go astray or issues occur, however the incompetence of the customer service team, especially Marie, is shocking. Marie is completely incompetent at her job, rude and obnoxious. She has confirmed several times that she would update me the next day, only to fail to do so. Then she tells me the item will be delivered within 24-48 hours. When I send a message after 2 days she just repeats the same thing. Absolutely useless customer service agent.

Shocking service
Shocking service. Ordered shoes needed for a funeral for myself and my mother on 14th July and then recieved a message from their courier on Saturday 16th to advise they will deliver that day between 6pm and 8pm. I thought great and then later get a text to say that they can't deliver and will do so on next working day which I make it out as Monday 18th. Now on Tuesday 19th, nothing has arrived and when I check with courier they advise me to contact Dune to ask them to contact to get an update to which Marie the agent I got on their live chat basically said she will send an email to them and wait for an answer!!! What happened to customer service agents actually WANTING to help serve customers rather than parrot fashion responses. I then requested could she drop a call in and she said sure I will call you when I hear from them!!! Again missing the point. I want you to call the courier. If considering ordering from them directly, just consider they use Evri (the rebounded name for Hermes whom we all know is terrible and even with the rebrand name their services are still shocking - google search it)
I am now forced in this heat to go out of my house to find shoes for my mother so that she can attend a funeral all because one agent can't lift her hands to call the courier. Pathetic service in this day and age.
No wonder brands are going under, service isn't what it used to be and people just don't care anymore.
I paid for delivery and this is the service they delivered.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. I bought the perfect wedding shoes...or what I thought were perfect! Two hours into the day the strapping of one broke (I had hardly walked anywhere as my ceremony and venue was all in one). I contacted customer service and they confirmed I would need to send both shoes back to confirm if there was a fault with the one shoe. Only then would they issue a refund. However they then confirmed the shoes would not be sent back to me faulty or not. So basically I would be sending an extremely sentimental pair of shoes back (not to mention expensive) and would never see them again. After being a customer for many years after this upsetting episode I will not be shopping with them again.

Good quality heels
I have bought a pair of heels in the sale. Very pleased with how comfortable they are, the leather is of really good quality and nicely made. They fit well although I have read product reviews with complaints regarding size. All good on my side. ? Evri delivery was quick and efficient.

I had reason to contact Dune as my shoes were a little delayed. I dealt with a lady called Katie who couldn’t have been more helpful she immediately contacted the couriers and found out what was happening and as promised got back to me immediately. My shoes arrived the next day beautifully packaged! It was a pleasure to deal with such a friendly helpful lady ~ well done to Dune customer services and Katie.

I ordered from dune London but package was lost in transit ..I contacted them in live chat in their website...there was a quick response..their representer Maria responded..guided me..my problm was solved within two days and I was refunded.Very satisfied with quality of service they provide on dune London.
